'Colchester Borough Council has been delighted with the approach adopted by Hags Play from design through installation and post completion aftercare. With such a prestigious site at Castle Park it was important that the Council approved an impressive and well thought out design and worked closely with contractors who shared an understanding of the significance of working on an Ancient Scheduled Monument site. 

The completed project is a play area which provides a range of play challenges to children of all abilities and is a site which fits comfortably in the landscape of a listed Grade II site in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Importance.
