'Further to our recent design and installation from HAGS Play, I am writing to say that we are very pleased with the whole project.
The concept & design stage included some changes which gave us greater play value, as suggested by you and we feel that we made the right decision in accepting the changes you proposed.
The programme of works went according to plan, the work area was kept tidy and organised by Ten Construction, and we had no problems with their work other than a minor Health & Safety concern which was brought to the Contract Managers attention and rectified promptly.

All the equipment is installed as per the original design drawings, and is currently being well received and used by our visitors.  The general feedback from customers is that it is great.'
