The initial design process for this play area started with a site visit with HAGS Area Sales Manager, Peter Faulkner (the same process was repeated with two other leading play companies). Peter was able to interpret the design brief very well and came up with a well planned play area, offering a large amount of equipment for our budget. Peters 'HAGS' design was then sent out to public consultation and the public were very impressed, which lead to it being a clear favourite, with 90% choosing the HAGS design.

The installation of the play equipment was a very smooth process and caused me virtually no issues that I had to contend with. The project management by HAGS Contract Manager, Steve Harrison, was as good as I have ever received from any company. The scheme was completed ahead of my projected deadline and has received a great response from the most important people of all... the public!

The after-sales help offered by HAGS has also been very quick and they have always been eager to deal with any issues that may turn up, no matter how big or small, which helps make my job a lot easer!
