2012 - Broadclyst Teen Zone

Feedback from one very happy customer...

"HAGS installed four pieces of teen equipment in our newly-created teen zone in April 2012, following being successfully chosen over nine other companies through the Section 106 ballot procedure by local families as the winning design. HAGS’ innovative design caught the eye of youths and they became quite enthusiastic about what was being offered!

The equipment itself appears well-made, solid and durable and we feel that it will serve the community for many years to come. It has proven extremely popular with all ages, and was in constant use during the recent half term break.

We are delighted by the level of professionalism encountered at every step of the way, from Amanda (Area Sales Manager) first coming along to hear what our requirements had been identified as being after consultation, right through the installation process to Steve (Installations Manager) signing everything over at the end of the project.

During installation, the site was always left secure and the field was returned to its’ original condition. Communication remained excellent at all stages. When it was noticed a panel had been scratched during transit, a replacement was automatically ordered and installed at no further cost. 

Broadclyst parish Council and Broadclyst VIP’s (Villagers Improving Play) have no hesitation in recommending HAGs and we look forward to working with them again on future projects. Many thanks on behalf of the village for enhancing our recreation facilities!"
