LAPs, LEAPs and NEAPs
Fields In Trust (FIT – formerly National Playing Fields Association, NPFA) have developed guidance over numerous years that most local authorities and developers use to allocate appropriate recreation space within new housing developments. Their guidance includes a variety of play space types described as LAP, LEAP or NEAP. We have created 12 design examples in a variety of styles and at all price points that meet this criteria.
