Inclusive- All Ages & Abilities

This project was funded by the local council and local businesses and fundraising. HAGS worked alongside Dalton Park Shopping Outlet to design and install an inclusive play area which would be accessible to children and families of all ages and abilities who visited the shopping outlet.

Value and Variety

Working within the same footprint as the existing play area, the aim was to create a play area which offered more play value and a variety of play experiences. The play area helps to encourage children to engage in sensory and imaginative activities which were themed around the surrounding park and the coastal location.

What was the outcome?

Dalton Park received positive feedback from the local council and residents. After completion of the site, the play area had received many visitors who expressed how fantastic it was.
